This one is my favorite quote because if teachers loves
his or her job, they will motivate their students
to keep learning and to study because they want them
to love teaching them new things.
Teachers are responsible for creating an environment
of support that allows children to develop their own
ideas, express their feelings, take risks, make choices,
and most of all, grow to be strong, thinking individuals.
The qualities of a good teacher are ones who had
passion and enthusiasm, the ones who loves and
enjoys ... do not mean it's all fun, the purpose of it
is that children learn by playing and discover
the things by they own, the teacher is only
a guide in the process of teaching.

ResponderEliminarI like this quote Karla, the teacher who love teaching transmit the students love learning. The teacher should try to transmit it because the learning is a key that open doors in the society; so, the rol of the teacher is to motivate the students to make an effort to learn, and to do the things as well as possible if they want to be sucessful people in the society. However, the teacher has to love teaching, because if he/she doesn't love it, the children are not going to feel motivated ,and at the end they are not going to love learning. Also, the teacher has to be a person that teach because love teaching, not a person that teach just because it was the last option that he/she has, or maybe a person that just want to ear money, and he/she does not care if the students have learned or not.
